Thanks for the hint!
I could build libintel_sanitize_gpu.so and there is a nice wrapper script that
does the SO preload.
I tested it on a simple OpenGL program:
$ intel_sanitize_gpu glxgears
INTEL-SANITIZE-GPU: error: missed drm fd 4
302 frames in 5.0 seconds = 60.387 FPS
[...]
I hope that this error is not too serious...</pre>
