<pre>It's what happens if that "reset request timeout" problem strikes and then we
reload the module. As the gpu is toast and doesn't recover, we warn. It's not
that easy to rearrange the code to avoid the warn unfortunately, so I think
we'll keep the risk of WARN around until we need to rearrange the init
routines.</pre>
