<pre>Thanks for testing. Let's keep all LSPCON related limited range discussion
here, and direct all native DP discussion to <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_ASSIGNED "
title="ASSIGNED - DisplayPort always defaults to incorrect limited-range RGB on Intel Graphics for 24bpp+ displays"

Shashank's patch series [1] on top of drm-tip might fix the color range issue
on LSPCON. As I wrote in the commit message of the patch [2] that fixes bug
107476, I'm guessing the LSPCON fails to turn the CEA range MSA into proper AVI
infoframes. Turns out there's a way to manually override the infoframes the
LSPCON produces, and this is what Shashank's patches do, although originally
aimed at adding YCbCr support. Please test.
