When playing the game DiRT 3 Complete Edition using Steam Play with DXVK, the
game may cause a GPU Hang. Generally the system recovers but the game not,
being needed to force it to exit.
Steps to reproduce:
-Install Steam for Linux;
-Join Steam Beta;
-Enable Steam Play for all titles;
-Install DiRT 3 Complete Edition;
-Play DiRT 3 Complete Edition.
The hang may happen after a few minutes, but it's possible to play for many
hours with no issues. This issue is rare, but when it happens it shows:

reason: Hang on rcs0, action: reset
[67118.867754] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.
[67118.867755] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[67118.867756] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
[67118.867756] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.

Mesa was built using LLVM 7 instead of LLVM 6 available on Ubuntu 18.04. With
LLVM 6 there were more stuttering issues and lower performance.
