<pre>There are ioctls returning EIO in a newly-launched process, like glxinfo. I'll
get the exact ioctl that is failing next time this happens.
To me, that says the problem is inside the kernel. No matter what previous
processes did, the kernel ought to honour the new ones.</pre>
