output of journalctl -xb from openSUSE/Tumbleweed
kernel-default-4.18.15-1.2.x86_64

Could somebody say whether this is the same bug? I have ThinkPad T480 connected
to Samsung SyncMaster 2243 (so I have dual head setup).

Using openSUSE/Tumbleweed with

kernel-default-4.18.15-1.2.x86_64
xorg-x11-server-wayland-1.20.2-1.1.x86_64
xorg-x11-driver-video-7.6_1-17.2.x86_64
intel-vaapi-driver-2.1.0-2.1.x86_64
kernel-firmware-20181001-1.1.noarch</pre>
