<pre>iowait is an indication of userspace badness, that userspace is sleeping for
the gpu. That it goes down is quite possibly a regression... But the only
numbers that matter here is GPU throughput; did the rare of decoding jobs
increase or decrease (jobs per second)? Did the energy consumption change?</pre>
