As for BLB, the issue seems real, but the platform is not exactly state of the art (released in 2007), so this will be fixed in time, when someone has time. The customer impact of this issue is likely very low because SKL fails quite a lot, yet we see no customer reports and my SKL machine is working pretty well, so I assume that the problem is limited to testabilty.
