<pre>I'm pretty sure is exactly the same bug. Just to be sure, if someone
experiencing this bug can try to boot Ubuntu 18.04 live, elementary 5.0, Mint
19 or any other based in the first one and can get display rotated -90 degrees
will confirm it.</pre>
