The ICL issue where the 7th plane is behaving differently is surprising and
cause for concern. The user impact could be that some windows on some
compositors exhibit a different behaviour as other windows. This would warrant
the highest priority.
However, the fact that this issue has not been seen in 2 weeks / 120 runs after
being 100% reproducible indicates that this was the fallout of another issue
which has already been fixed. Because of this, I'm dropping ICL from the list
of platforms covered by this issue.
I am also dropping the priority to medium, as this bug will need to wait on
103191 to be fixed before further investigation. There is no point in weekly
check ups.
