journalctl log with drm.debug=14

For some reason the provided patch #143874 didn't work for me, on Fedora kernel
5.0.7 running on a Dell Precision 7530. Full journalctl log provided. This
kernel is manually patched, but AFAIK the official kernel was patched already,
but it didn't work for me.

It may be another bug, but I doubt it, since it's a very similar case as the
rest of the people (Dell laptop, Intel GPU, problem appeared in kernel 5.*)

For now I'm stuck with kernel 4.20.16, which works perfectly.</pre>
