I have experienced no GPU hang errors in two weeks, so I think upgrading the
Mesa version has resolved the issue. I am updating the status to
Resolved/Fixed.

I am still experiencing the occasional screen blanking issues (it appears as a
momentary power interruption), and I have seen it on the laptop monitor a
couple of times, as well as the external monitor, but I am unable to correlate
it with any event, and nothing is logged. I would conclude that it is highly
unlikely to be related in any way the initial issue, and if I figure anything
else out I will be happy to report my findings.

As always, additional information can be supplied if needed.

Kind Regards
