<pre>This test checks the frame received by the Chamelium imatches the frame sent by
the DUT by downloading the captured from from the Chamelium.
User impact: the DUT probably sends an incorrect frame. Could be a completely
corrupt frame or "just" a subtle difference. We need to have a look at the
dumped frame to understand what's going on.</pre>
