RVPs generally have e1000e with unflashable identical MAC addresses 88:87:...
so it's least hassle to use USB dongles for them. This also helps with the HW
issues of e1000e.
e1000e driver doesn't need to be loaded on RVPs, but no extra blacklisting is
done either to keep the "user" defaults.</pre>
