<pre>So update regarding recent findings(see comment above):
Pll escape clock divisers seem to get initialized incorrectly for GeminiLake
platform - problem is that in spec those need to be written as 1 shifted(<<) by
amount of the divisor itself. While in a driver we write those just as is.
However that seems not all, because there are other places where escape clocks
are used and probably need to be fixed.
Once I will finally identify all the issues - I will send a patch to mailing
list and also attach it here.</pre>
