<pre>Seems like a kernel bug in HPD storm handling. The driver correctly falls back
to polling, but then errors because of an HPD interrupt. Note that this happens
on USB-C, which might be relevant:

User impact: seems like the driver ends up in a bad state, which could result
in a blank screen when a monitor with e.g. a bad cable is connected via USB-C.</pre>
