I have a monitor connected a Dell TB16 dock (through displayport or hdmi),
itself connected to my laptop through USB Type C.
The monitor appears detected, but no modes are detected :

The monitor works fine if I connect it directly to the laptop (through HDMI ->
type-C adaptor).
I tried to bisect things, but it seems somewhat unreliable. It seemed to work
fine on earlier RC of 5.3.0</pre>
