<pre>Since apparently multiple machine with various different panels are affected,
maybe it makes sense to add a driver option to disable PSR2? The easiest way
could be to change semantics of enable_psr. E.g. let enable_psr=2 only use
PSR1.
PSR results in great power saving, so we shouldn't need to disable it
completely.</pre>
