<pre>This is not about pipe F, this is about pipe E. Don't get confused by the
requirement checks that happen _AFTER_ the skip has been reported. That's just
the later fixtures doing checks.
Same reasoning applies though, there's no pipe E.
We should have pipes E and F blacklisted, but the subtest names in kms_busy
don't follow the same convention as other tests, that needs to be fixed.</pre>
