<pre>kms_flip tests various cases regarding flipping. These flip cases are against
plain flip, vblank, fencing, dpms, modesetting, panning, hanging, race
conditions etc.
Failure on flipping could cause flickering image. In this particular case, we
are missing roughly 10 vblanks when two displays are connected.
