Maybe I'm being completely obtuse and missing something obvious, but I suspect it's intentional and my account is too new/some hidden score too low to be able to file a bug. That's very frustrating and it is irritating that I probably will have to slag oibaf on one of the hacker websites in order to get some attention just to file a stupid bug report.
