[PATCH i-g-t 0/3] Debug HPD interrupts

chamelium_fsm_mon function wants a hpd interrupt to reset DPMS and
reset DP reciever to perform post reciever action such as capture.
I suspect we aren't getting them sometimes, this patch has some debug
prints which will be helpful in deciding what's going wrong.
