[PATCH 14/20] drm/i915: Ensure gem_contexts selftests work with unbind changes.

Maarten Lankhorst maarten.lankhorst at linux.intel.com
Mon Oct 4 09:05:39 UTC 2021

In the next commit, we don't evict when refcount = 0.
Instead of adding evictions everywhere in this test,
give each subtest its own clean VM, so lack of cleanup will not
affect other tests. This only requires a convenience function to
create a gem context, which can be duplicated where needed.

As an additional benefit, we can use i915_live_subtests(), which
does some setup and teardown preparations between each subtest.
