[PATCH 0/3] Restrict cdclk refactor to only squash and crawl

[Anusha Srivatsa]

This series is sent mainly for CI results on all paltforms whilst limiting
the changes to only support squashing and crawling. Not adding modeset
scenario to the overall cdclk churn to see if the CI results
show any improvemt and help narrow down the issue.
