[PATCH i-g-t v3 0/6] tests/core_hotunplug: Always check device health after late close

v3: Don't (ab)use priv->need_healthcheck for lateclose cases, that can
    trigger healthcheck from a first igt_fixture section that calls
    recover(), not related to the target subtest,
  - don't play with GPU reset shoud the post-lateclose healthcheck fail,
    full driver rebind prooved to be more successful.
