[PATCH i-g-t 1/4] For CI only sync fourcc.h from kernel sources

This patch need to be recreated after kernel changes have been merged by syncing
include/drm-uapi/drm_fourcc.h in igt from kernel include/uapi/drm/drm_fourcc.h
