[Intel-gfx] valgrind & GL apps

Hi all,
I'm experiencing a few issues with running a couple of OpenGL games
(Warzone2100 & Chromium BSU) under valgrind.
The first is that the X server sometimes becomes unresponsive, but
everything looks normal the mouse still moves around fine. The first
time this happened I didn't have any way to login remotely and I had
to forcibly reboot the machine. When I sshed in and restart gdm, X
continued to hog the screen and keyboard. When I killed X the screen
got filled with purple lines. After that I decided just to init 6.
Secondly, occasionally chromium quit with an error like this:
DRM_I830_CMDBUFFER: -22
Also, valgrind reports a few instances of using uninitialised
variables in the intel Xorg driver code.
Can anyone else reproduce these problems?
I'm on Linux 2.6.25 with the X/GNOME stuff from Debian sid and a 945GM
in a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop.
PS: is there any work integrating functionality like Xpra provides
into standard Xorg - might be useful for transparently migrating apps
from a crashed X server to a new one?
