[Intel-gfx] Framebuffer compression on i965

Hello,

I noticed that you enabled FrameBuffer compression by default on i965 HW.
Unfortunately, with git head of X server and Intel driver, I got some minor
corruption of fonts (some pixels are missing, some are not cleared). The text
is mostly ok but one can see couple of wrong pixels. So, it seems to be not
quite ready yet.
