[Intel-gfx] X.org debugging info collection script

I have had the experience of reporting X bugs to both 
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/ and Debian, and I also agree the Debian
reporting script for X bugs would be nice for http://bugs.freedesktop.org/
to adopt (and generalize to other platforms, of course). Anything to make
reporting X bugs to http://bugs.freedesktop.org/ more reliable and less
trouble for users would be well worth it IMNSHO.
