[Intel-gfx] VT switch patch, bug id 16515

Hello,

I am one of the users affected by bug 16515, which was resolved/closed back
in September. What needs to happen to have it included in 2.4.4? I assumed
it would go into 2.4.3, but it's not there.

I'm currently patching by hand which is no big deal, but it would be nice to
have the fix included in a release.
