[Intel-gfx] Config option to prefer video overlay

Hi,

it looks like version 2.5 still suffers from tearing video with the
textured video XV port. That's why I used the patch from
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg/2008-March/033895.html to
use video overlay per default with the 2.4 driver.

However, this patch doesn't apply anymore to 2.5. I therefore suggest
to include an updated patch (attached) in 2.5 as long as the tearing
issue isn't fixed. Without the fix, everyone who wants to get tearing
free video per default has to rebuild a patched driver from source.
