[Intel-gfx] [845G] commit "Tiling fixes, third set" broke 845

On 845, X has started hanging with 100% cpu at startup. This seems to happen 
either before anything draws or before very much draws.

git bisect points to 8dabcc40747bfd478f296728741240241698f165, "Tiling fixes, 
third set".

kernel 2.6.29, xorg-server 1.6.0, git xf86-video-intel and libdrm. No xorg.conf.
