[Intel-gfx] Low performance for trapezoid-heavy stuff

I usually ask here to get an idea wether some problem is already known
- so that I don't file bug-reports for problems already known or even
fixed in master.
I never got answers, so I'll flood bugzilla (although nobody seems to
care there as well).
