[Intel-gfx] [ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-intel 2.8.0.901 (and request for proposals for 2.8.1)

I'm working on putting together a 2.8.1 release in the very short
term. To this end, I've put together a first release candidate
(2.8.0.901 -- see announcement below), and I'm requesting proposals
for additional fixes.

Keith claims that the wiki-based process of proposing patches has
worked well for the X server, so I thought we could try that here. If
you wish to propose any change for 2.8.1, please ensure that it is
reviewed, committed to master, and tested, then list it on the wiki
here:

We are pleased to announce this release candidate working toward the
2.8.1 maintenance release of the xf86-video-intel driver. This
snapshot contains a few, hand-picked fixes since the 2.8.0 release.

New fixes in 2.8.1 compared to 2.8.0
------------------------------------
* Allow DRM mode setting to include transformations (also requires a
  fix in the X server---available in xserver 1.6.3)

* Align tiled pixmap height so we don't address beyond the end of our
  buffers.
