Actually, it's not. This patch just moves around code, and there was _no_
code that hooked up xvmc for i915 class chipsets to begin with (for kms -
ums is a different story, there was some stuff left which this patch
deletes). I know that the problem mentioned in i915_hwmc.c only concerns
i915G/GM. But because I've advertised this series as a clean-up, there
shouldn't be any functional changes in there (besides the xvmc port
disabling in 7/7 which only reflects code-reality and the small and
obvious change in 1/7).

Of course, if you want to, I can hack up something. But it'll be
completely untested for I don't have a i945 at hand.
