[Intel-gfx] automated kernel team builds of drm upstream

Thanks to work by Andy Whitcroft, The Ubuntu kernel team
is now providing automated builds of the drm-intel
and drm-intel-next branches of the anholt repository.

These packaged kernels are built using the same
configuration as the Ubuntu kernel, and will hopefully
be useful to people who are running Ubuntu as their
development platform.

The same information and disclaimers apply as for the
automated builds of Linus's tree. That information and
