The patch was a kernel patch, so I'd expect to see it here:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/anholt/drm-intel
not in any xf86-video-intel repository. And likely in the drm-intel-next
branch of anholt/drm-kernel as well.

PS. I don't actually see the patch there yet---perhaps that's just that
Eric has applied the commit locally but not pushed it out yet.
