[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] Yet another patchset for proc rework

Hey all,

Here is the latest version of my proc rework patchset. This time I
cleaned up all of the non-line-length-related checkpatch.pl warnings.
Furthermore, I moved the declarations for the info file handlers back
into drmP.h and took care of a few other stylistic issues. You should
find that the vma info file is back in procfs and memory tracking has
finally been removed. Let me know if there are any other issues.

I've included the debugfs and ring buffer dumping patches just for the hell of it. What is the plan for eventually integrating these?
