[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 0/3] enable broadcast color mode for hdtv

Hi All,

Almost all digital TVs expect broadcast RGB values on their DVI
and/or HDMI inputs. RGB values are limited to 16-235
instead of 0-255 and uncompensated video will see black and white clamping
which seriously degrades picture quality.
The patch intends to enable broadcast color mode for hdtv according to user's option.
