[Intel-gfx] Support for HDMI on ASUS P5E-VM HDMI (G35 chipset)

I tried with that patch and still I can't hear anything over HDMI on my
Asus B50A with GM45. Sound card is recognized as "Generic 8086 INTEL
G45 DEVCTG", all alsamixer channels (IEC958,IEC958D,IEC9581)are
activated and unmuted. My card: 
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0:ALC662 Analog [ALC662 Analog] 
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 1:ALC662 Digital [ALC662 Digital] 
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 3:INTEL HDMI [INTEL HDMI]

only ALC662 works.
someone can help me?
