That seems like the best option at the current time.

We'll need to restructure the driver to accommodate both the SDVO case
as well as the DVI-I case (where the VGA and HDMI ports are bonded into
a single DVI-I connector).

Neither of these changes can be made without quite a bit of rework
though, so for now, we should be cautious about breaking things.
