Like I said before, we don't have any intention of *ever* supporting
pbuffers.  We will finish up the few bits of missing code (that Kristian
mentioned) so that we can advertise GLX 1.4, but there won't be any
fbconfigs with GLX_PBUFFER_BIT set.  There are only so many hours in the
day, and we have tons of work to do that we believe has higher priority.
