[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] Raise video size limits

This patch applies on top of Barry's patch (Fix XV scan line calculation
when rotated) and enables us to run portrait full HD video on 965 chipsets.

It's been tested with a modified version of Keith Packard's xvtest
utility, generating 2048x2048 images, and with Xine playing 1080x1920
movies, on a 965Q chip. I'm about to test it on a 945.
