[Intel-gfx] intel drm fixes for 2.6.28.x that are already in Linus tree

Hi,

Intel released new drivers at http://intellinuxgraphics.org/2008Q4.html and 
they recommend to apply this patch to 2.6.28 (see page above):

http://intellinuxgraphics.org/download/2008Q4-rc4/2008q4-kernel-
against-2.6.28.patch

Latest commit from that patch is already in .28 stable kernel.

The rest are (commit ids from Linus tree):

- drm/i915: set vblank enabled flag correctly across IRQ install/uninstall

Please include these in 2.6.28.9.
