Hello,
I have been using the anholt/drm-intel kernel from GIT. If I try to
upgrade to kernel 2.6.32-rc4 I get a garbled screen when the X server
starts but the problem has existed for 2+ weeks so I don't think it
began with this kernel version. The kernel log reports "GPU Hung". If
I revert back to 2.6.31-rc9 the there's no problem. All of my X
drivers/tools/libraries are from freedesktop GIT and built yesterday.
It's a ThinkPad T61.

Before reporting problems, check http://wiki.x.org
to make sure that you have the latest version.
I've attached the output of intel-gpu-dump after the kernel reports the
hang.
Please let me know if you need more information.
Thanks,
Matt.
