[Intel-gfx] Background not properly re-painted when window is above.

Hi,

Using the intel-driver it seems in some circumstances some apps don't
expose as expected:

When I e.g. move a window on top of Firefox and scroll inside firefox,
firefox doesn't repaint the area which was covered by the window above
it.
This happens with almost all apps under this scenario.

I re-tested with the VESA driver and it worked.
Is this a known problem?

I don't use a composition manager.
