I triage these bugs periodically, but hadn't seen this one yet.  It
looks like a potential duplicate of the "gpu hangs at resume" people
have been reporting.  Though you may also be seeing some other bugs;
the flicker may be a different issue, and the "madvise on pinned
object" is a separate bug as well.
