This patch is completely mangled and won't git-am either from my email
or from the mbox saved from patchwork.

Patches must be submitted through git send-email so that they apply
correctly, or through something you've tested yourself all the way
through receiving the email and git-am on your end so that I never
notice that you're not using git send-email.
