[Intel-gfx] DPMS broken on MSI Wind U100 (patch)

Hi,

There is a problem with DPMS on MSI Wind U100 netbook, 
for description please see http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24770

This problem is still alive in 2.10.0 version of the driver.
Attached is simple patch which allows screen to switch off.
