[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] drm/i915: disable TV hotplug status check

Zhenyu, is this the reason why when I connect my laptop running i915
to a vga output, it doesn't automatically display anything on the
output screen? Was there a previous version of i915 where it checked
tv hotplug status?
